Check-in any day from 11 am to 1 pm
or from 3 pm to 7 pm
(Lunch break from 1 pm to 3 pm)
Check-out from 8 am to 10 am
(The entry into the apartment will be subject
to the departure of the previous client
and to the cleaning of the accommodation)
(*) For arrivals and departures at other times, please communicate and agree at the time of booking and / or before the arrival or departure date, to always be present at the time of your arrival. Otherwise, the prompt presence of the receptionist cannot be guaranteed and a penalty of € 30.00 may be charged for this service.
LATE CHECK-OUT (subject to availability)
on the day of departure it is possible to leave the apartment by 19:00 at 50% of the daily rate
The tourist tax is not included in the rate and must be paid in cash on arrival directly at the reception.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION
The property reserves the right to cancel the online reservation within 48 hours for justified reasons. (Eg: card invalidity, unavailability of the apartment, failure to transmit advance payment etc.)

– 100% of the total amount after these terms
From 20.05.2023 to 16.06.2023
and from 16.09.2023 to 13.10.2023
– Free cancellation till 14 days before the stay
– 50% of the total amount from 14 to 7 days before your stay
– 100% of the total amount after these terms
From 17.06.2023 to 15.09.2023
– Free cancellation up to 30 days before the stay
– 50% of the total amount from 30 to 14 days before your stay
– 100% of the total amount after these terms
(*) for cancellations caused by the Covid-19 emergency:
in case of cancellation due to Covid-19 the above conditions apply and the penalty amount will be guaranteed by a voucher valid until 31.10.2023
