Sea front terrace-service: N.1 beach umbrella, n. 2 deckchairs and n. 1 sunbed
Private parking: N. 1 car park per apartment inside the propriety
Final Cleaning of the flat (cleaning of the kitchen is on charge to the guest, otherwise there wil be a surcharge of € 26,00)
Security Deposit: € 130,00 (each apartment)
Other optional services not included, to agree at the reservation moment,on request per week:
Private beach service in the near seaside resort: n. 1 bech umbrella, n. 1 deck-chair, n. 1 sun-ded
Babychair, buggy, changing top: from € 20,00 to € 60,00 - Cot: € 40,00 - Free on periods S - A - Extra Bed: € 60,00
Extra cleaning of the apartment during the stay: € 30,00 at intervention (reservation subject to availability)
Extra change sheet and towels in part or totally: from €/each 10,00 to €/each 25,00
Breakfast service in apartment: € 15,00 per person (the reservation of this service must be confirmed not later than the day after the arrival)
Extra charge for short period stay: € 30,00 (from 3 to 6 days of stay, daily price - weekly price divided by 7 - to multiply for the total of the days of the stay)
Iron and iron board: Subject to availability € 20,00 per week
Small pets: € 5,00 a day
Other extra services on request to agree and to pay on the spot:
Laundry: Coin Laundry € 6,00 per washing cycle - token
Wine and food tasting, excursions (Sailing / Bus for the city of arts etc.), transfer from/to the airports and rental of Rubber -no nautic drive licency is required "LOMAC 500"
Minimun stay 3 days: free arrival check-in 11:00/13:00 - check-out 08:00/10:00
Stay: Saturday check-in 17:00/19:00 - Saturday check-out 08:00/10.00
Short stays - minimum 3 days - possible in periods "S/A/B"
Moreover in period "S" it is possibe rent the apartments montly. Prices under request and availability
